With thew 2.4 version I found that when I try to connect to a clients computer it will go into a Waiting for Connection, Connecting loop that will not stop until i restart the ScreenConnect Relay service.

Once i reboot this service it will let us connect to clients for a random period of time before i have to restart it again.

I have the exact same issue...it started out as being a couple of days between issues. Now it is every 15 or 20 minutes that I have to restart the Relay service.

I also notice that it will continue to count up the number of connections for my unattended sessions...some of mine are up to 5.

I hope Tech Support will be able to assist VERY soon.

We are having a similar problem with the last few 2.4 releases. Clients will not connect until we restart the relay service. The host will just say "Negotiating". We have had to restart services almost a dozen times in the last few days. Upgraded to 2.4.2375.4440 this morning and it seems to have the same issue still. Any advice?

Update on my previous reply. See this thread - http://forum.screenconne...elay-nonresponsive.aspx

It appears it is a good idea to make sure and upgrade all of your unattended sessions to prevent the high CPU usage and the need to restart services.
