we would like to create a session code from our help desk software. so that we can control our custmers connection. how could implemnt this kind solutions

Hi,
I have used iKode Help Desk x which is an support ticket,FAQ and help desk software.It is based on php code.You can have a online demo to know more about help desk solution.
