Can some one clear a few things up for me.

I know and have managed to control both windows and MAC PC's from my machine using my windows 7 computer.


Should i be able to control an iPAD? or Andriod Phones???

Or is the client only to control other machines on these devices?

Hi, Neil,

Unfortunately, neither Android nor iOS devices can be remotely controlled without jailbreaking. There are some companies that have consoles that can "push" changes to a mobile device and provide some support that way, but as of right now, neither Apple nor Google will allow their devices to be controlled like a computer.

The ScreenConnect app, on iOS or Android, will only be able to control other machines, not mobile devices.

Thanks for clearing that up. Can i suggest you change the webiste to make this more clear that iOS and Andriod are for hosting only and not client side.
