Is there a way I can provide our customers with a single click install that when it runs, it asks for their company name, their name, and then create a session all at once? Currently most of our customers connect up to us using a shortcut on their desktop and then calling in for support. We dont mind installing the Unattended version on their server but not on every workstation. We just want to streamline the connection method instead of 1) call Support; 2) Tech Creates Session; 3) Customer goes to site and enters code. doing some searches on the site I know this is possible but if someone has a project to get me started that would save a lot of time and learning curve of the API

Customer initiated sessions is not currently a part of the ScreenConnect core application. We are looking at this for our 2.7 build later this year but until that is available there may be some scripting or customization that may fit these needs. Please note that the scripting of this may be a bit advanced because of the nature of what is required or potentially not possible until the changes are made in a future release (depending on exactly what you are looking for).

There is another post going around this discussion which has a reply from one of our development team and I was told will have updates scripts and options soon. http://forum.screenconne...e-Session-Creation.aspx
