- Changed relay to only keep 50KB untransmitted in a session rather than 100KB
- fixed Win2k issue from VS10 compile (DecodePointer error)
- another fix for RDP to/from admin session in W2K3/XP
- made java bootstrapper launcher move the .NET files to same directory each run
- made upgrade from 2.3 to 2.4 add reinstall and uninstall permissions for suitable groups
- fixed bug with race condition in relay where zombie connections are readded to a session; resulted in over-license consumption, guests waiting for free slot, and several other bad things
- changed license to display issue date rather than version (version was always been confusing was only used for determining issue date)
- fixed IE9 to use .NET ClickOnce when only .NET 2.0 was installed without 3.0, 3.5, etc
